| The original Hybridyne company was Hybridyne Power Systems Canada, but as the opportunities for growth expanded, it was necessary to 'split off' separate sister companies, each with its own specialization. This process has yielded a group of companies, each with its own strength and capabilities, but with full access to the talents and technologies of the other members of the Group.

| Hybridyne-RHS was the first sister company to be formed. Hybridyne-RHS has exclusive authorization from Panasonic Canada to market the Kazekamome Remote Hybrid System - a revolutionary stand-alone lighting and security platform which offers the customer the ability to place lighting, security cameras, monitoring packages, and telecommunications repeaters wherever they are needed - with NO requirement for grid-supplied power, and thus NO limitations on location. | ||
| Hybridyne Distributed Generation ( as a department of Hybridyne Power Systems ) has taken on responsibility for Hybridyne's unique and highly efficient "Behind the Meter" systems. A HDG installation will take a building ( typically a warehouse, factory, or office building ) 'off the grid' for 8-12 hours per day ( or more ) . The result is a building with dramatically reduced electrical costs, freedom from Energy Inflation, and true Energy Independence ( freedom from Grid failures, blackouts, and brownouts ). | ||
| Hybridyne Power Electronics has assumed responsibility for design, development, and marketing of Hybridyne's highly efficient Conversion/Inversion Technology. HPE's customers include HPG's Energy Parks, HSG's Behind the Meter systems, manufacturers of Utility-grade wind turbines, and builders of large Photovoltaic Solar Arrays. | ||
